SessionCam is looking for an Account Manager to join our Account Management team

We are Glassbox (and we are SessionCam!) as we just acquired SC into the GB family this year.

Combined, we are a world leader in digital experience analytics, on a mission to deliver frictionless digital journeys to brands and their customers all over the world. 

We are a hyper-growth scale-up that just IPO’d in June!

What you'll be doing

 

  • Work in a fast-paced environment managing 40 - 50 accounts with a total overall value between £500k - £1m
  • Ensure that all clients are engaged with SessionCam, are getting value from the tool and are seeing a return on their investment
  • Look to renew 100% of your book of business and deliver growth wherever possible
  • Renewing each client contract and looking to deliver growth from each of your client accounts
  • Delivering Quarterly Business Reviews for each of your clients
  • Updating clients on new features and changes impacting their use of the platform
  • Developing a strategic view of the client’s needs
  • Resolving any issues with the account or service
  • Client Support and Administration
  • Proficient use of our CRM system - to manage client data and communications


Requirements

  • Proven Account Management experience (3+ years) gained within the Digital Sector
  • Proven ability to manage and grow existing client business
  • Experience of negotiating with Senior level stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Confident and assured presenter both face-to-face and remotely
  • Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently
  • Able to work under own steam and also as part of a wider team
