Glassbox is looking for a Technical Training Specialist to join our Training team, part of the Global Customer Success organization.

What You Will Do:  

  • You will be in charge of customer's professional training from the onboarding stage to high-level certification and take part in their ongoing improvement.
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our global customers.

Requirements

What You Will Need:

  • Up to 2 years of relevant work experience in delivering technical training for customers in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfort in delivering online training webinars
  • A passion for educating others and watching them learn and grow
  • Experience working with webinars and online training platforms such as Zoom
  • Able to understand the complex technical concept

An advantage

  • Basic understanding of User experience tools (google analytics, adobe, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of an LMS
