Who we are

We are 270 people from all over the world. We could brag about our offices in London, New York and Tel Aviv, but these days that doesn’t matter too much. We work from anywhere supporting our global 300+ customers. We are lucky to work with companies like SoFi, Admiral, Air Canada, E.on, John Lewis, Singapore Airlines, Superdry and Tracfone Wireless.

We’ve grown since we started in 2010, but our mission remains the same—to empower people and companies to create the best frictionless digital journey possible for their customers.

We pride ourselves on our energy and enthusiasm. Sometimes we get so excited that we all talk at the same time. But we’re fine with that, since we know we’ll always find the best solution.

We always tell it like it is, and we come as we are. We don’t want to pretend to be something we’re not. Not an easy task in the software industry.

We are kind of like a family—a community, if you like—of like-minded people who blend work, learning and collaboration with fun. This fuels our enthusiasm but also keeps us grounded. Our software is powerful, secure and can be used across all departments. Companies rely on us to help them create frictionless digital journeys for their customers so they can enjoy loyalty, differentiation and growth.
